Terms of Use

The customer confirms that they own, or have full permission to use, every submitted music file, artwork, logo, trademark, photograph, text or any other uploaded material.

PLASTIK only provides custom vinyl manufacturing services and does not verify ownership of submitted materials.

The customer bears full legal responsibility for all uploaded content.

Any copyright, trademark or intellectual-property claim remains solely the customer's responsibility.

The customer agrees to fully indemnify and hold PLASTIK harmless against any claim, legal action, damages, legal fees or expenses arising from submitted materials.

PLASTIK reserves the right to reject or cancel any order if there is reasonable suspicion that submitted materials infringe intellectual-property rights.

The customer warrants that the record is for personal use only, unless they hold all permits and licences required for commercial use.

These terms complement the Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy and Warranty.
