Cancellations & Refunds

  • Because every record is custom-made to the customer's materials and requests, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • Changes or cancellations may be requested only before work on the order has begun.
  • No refund will be issued for a custom product whose production has started or completed, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect, per the warranty policy.
  • Final sound quality also depends on the quality of the source files and the recording length on the record.
