Because every record is custom-made to the customer's materials and requests, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Changes or cancellations may be requested only before work on the order has begun.

No refund will be issued for a custom product whose production has started or completed, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect, per the warranty policy.

Final sound quality also depends on the quality of the source files and the recording length on the record.
